No refunds will be given for advertisements that do not attract queries or interest.
In the event of the website being down (inaccessable to all users) for longer than two hours, the expiry date of all advertisements will by extended by the amount of time that the website was inaccessible.

Correct names and contact details of schools and individuals must be supplied as a condition of use of this advertising service. Advertisers supplying false names and contact details, for any reason, may have their advertisement removed at no notice or consultation, with no refund. Individuals advertising their availability for a position may advertise their first (given) name only and omit their family name.
Advertisements for staff may not specify a preferred gender, except where the school has obtained a legal ruling within its country that allows it to do so (in this case, the advertisers must supply Teachers Unlimited with an email verifying this situation, within 7 days). Advertisements for staff must not specify a preferred age, or age group, except where a legal ruling in a country specifies a maximum or minimum age for teachers. Advertisements for staff may not specify a preferred ethnic or racial group, except for the advertisement of native language teachers.
Advertisements containing offensive and/or illegal text or images will be removed from the Teachers Unlimited website at no notice or consultation, with no refund.
